Krisztina Shutt

Chief Operating Officer

Krisztina is a people-first operations leader focused on ESG risk and supply-chain resilience. For 10 years at Verisio, she has run global operations—overseeing auditors and client coordinators —to keep programmes running smoothly. She owns delivery across onboarding, auditing and reporting, as well as the development of Optimus to streamline workflows. Her focus on standards, accountability and continuous improvement ensures we meet client expectations – efficiently and at scale.

Vanessa Wong

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Vanessa oversees finance and business operations with a data-driven focus on planning, profitability and risk control. Formerly Hong Kong–based, she led multi-country Audit, Inspection and Compliance teams and implemented systems that scaled performance. Her broad knowledge of global business practices strengthens the wider team, and she partners closely with delivery leads to align growth, financial controls and operational performance.

Richard Cleathero

Head of Technical & Training / CSCA Certified Senior Auditor

Richard sets Verisio’s technical standards and leads global auditor training. With 15 years’ auditing experience and CSCA qualification, he ensures our programmes reflect the latest regulatory requirements, industry best practice, and Verisio’s high standards for rigour and integrity. He is the go-to for complex scoping, calibration and programme governance.

Amandeep Raheja

Head of India

Amandeep is a strategic leader with 15+ years in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) sector. Before joining Verisio, he managed operations at a global inspection and audit organisation, driving market entry, revenue growth and long-term profitability. He has led programmes for IKEA, Walmart and M&S, building supplier-assurance frameworks across complex, multi-tier supply chains. Combining global risk expertise with deep local insight, Amandeep helps clients improve compliance outcomes and deliver responsible impact at scale.

Jon Veitch

Chairman

Jon is a successful entrepreneur and investor with 30+ years in product design, manufacturing and international sourcing. A hands-on mentor to founders and executive teams, he specialises in scaling, governance, risk management and stakeholder alignment. As Chairman, he shapes Verisio’s strategy and partnerships, championing practical ESG risk-management across global supply chains. His focus is on turning strategy into measurable execution—unlocking growth, strengthening resilience and creating long-term, responsible value.

Mike Short

Board Advisor

Mike is a successful entrepreneur with 30+ years in data-driven compliance and background screening across Asia and the Middle East. During this time, he has co-founded, financed and scaled four risk-data businesses to acquisition, and is a compliance and anti-bribery specialist. He has lived and worked in Asia for most of his life and is fluent in Cantonese. He now helps early-stage ventures achieve client-led growth—bringing board-level leadership, investor engagement and SME advisory experience across strategy, funding and governance to drive sustained growth.
