OPTIMUS
Tech Enabled Transparency
Optimus is Verisio’s unique cloud-based platform, designed in-house for supply chain risk management.
Optimus is a database with a difference, providing efficiency and encrypted storage for our clients’ supply chain data. It’s what sets us apart from our competitors. Other organisations may have similar systems, but no company matches technology with auditor expertise like ours. When they first come to us for help, many clients rely on complex Excel spreadsheets to manage their supply chains. Thankfully, we can say goodbye to these spreadsheets with Optimus. This system is tailor-made to collect and risk-grade supply chain data, featuring PowerBI dashboards and custom reports to show your data as you want to see it.

Database
Optimus stores all your supply chain data in an efficient and user-friendly way. Each relationship is shown via unique job numbers, linking yourself as the client to your agents, suppliers, and factories. In each job record, we store the contact details for all involved parties, plus the method of assessment for that supplier/factory, such as the audit report or online questionnaire results. The online Corrective Action Plan Report (CAPR) also sits on the record, along with any evidence the site provides to improve their findings and their overall grade. In one place, you have everything you need to understand your supply chain risks and relationships.
Traceability
All notifications to suppliers/factories are sent via Optimus and tracked accordingly on the job record. This means we know who we have sent each email to and when, without asking colleagues or dig through cluttered inboxes. Each job record stores all information about that supplier/factory relationship so it is easy to refer back to if needed. All changes to the data are logged, and previous audit report/questionnaire gradings are stored via a one-click link to show progress over time.
Customisation
We know every business is unique, so we have 20 custom reporting fields for each client. You can also record product category, business unit and department on top of these 20 fields. The custom fields can be used to keep data on anything you like and allows you to filter your supply chain records by these specific data points too. Some of our most popular choices for these custom fields are spend with that supplier, the associated buyer/technologist/category manager, onboarding date, progress level, certifications the supplier holds (OEKO-TEX, ISO, GOTS etc), account type (DD, FOB, USD etc), invoicing status, and more. We can record anything you want!
